Seeing as this community is for friends who've got together to book rooms together at Infest I felt it was about time some housekeeping was done.
You will notice that the membership is now composed of those of us who are 'On the list' and 'Getting In'!
Bouncy, bouncy, boucny - I might even start getting excited now.
If you have just received an invitation to join this community it's because I think that you might be interested in either being part of the block booking for halls with us this year or that you might want to be part of the rest of our social organisation for the festival.
The community's here for us to plan who's in with the block booking, work out the admin associated with that, give everyone a place to get to know each other before August, make arrangements for block booking tickets, sorting out travel, share photos and memories, write shopping lists and anything else anyone can think of.
Please feel free to ignore the invitation, if you haven't ignored it then welcome to the community.
Infest Group Ticket Booking
I have started a list for a second group booking - this is who I *think* is on the list so far (I'm aware that a couple of people spoke to me about it when I was a little inebriated, so it might be best to remind me if I've forgotten you):
1. Adam (RockSoc)
- does anyone have his LJ name, if there is one?
2. Adam's Friend 1 (as far as I know Adam will be taking charge of collecting money from his friends)
3. Adam's Friend 2
(need to double check she does want to be in the group)
We need 11 people, so if anyone wants to join in who didn't get in the first group, reply now.
If at all possible I'd like to keep the getting-money-to-me deadline as close to the original deadline of May 10th as possible, but I'll be allowing a week after we get 11 people on the list for everyone to get it to me. If there aren't 11 people in a week or so, I won't be doing the second booking.
